UK Delivery Information

Please find our UK delivery rates below. We offer free delivery for orders over £50.

UK Standard Delivery (2-5 Working Days) – Free for orders over £50
UK Second Class Delivery (2-4 Working Days) – £3.99
UK First Class Delivery (1-3 Working Days) – £5.99


We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-2 working days. For Express Delivery, orders must be placed by 1 pm for next-day dispatch.

Our team processes orders Monday to Friday, 9 am-5 pm (excluding bank holidays). Orders received outside these times will be processed on the next working day. Express Delivery orders placed after Friday 1 pm will be processed on the following Monday.

Returns Information

If you're unsatisfied with your order, you may return any unopened product in its original condition. We offer full refunds or exchanges for sealed items within 30 days of purchase. For damaged items, we’ll need a photo or video as proof before processing any refund or replacement.
